Nathan requested we do a horse lapbook. I pulled together elements from a few different studies on Homeschool Share.
We had pictures from Seth and Nathan riding a horse last spring, so I let them choose and made their covers.
Mini books opened up:
My first attempt at a Flag Book. I'm not so sure I did it correctly.
There are some Five in a Row books coming up with horses. I'm sure the boys will be pulling these out to review when we cover them.

thanks for the link Molly! It wasn't too late. I'll keep it in mind as we develop things. We have our 4-H guide that I need to go from and I figured since I was going to do it for my kid, I'd like to do it for everyone, ya know? Looks like you guys did a great job on yours!
