We read Abuela's Weave in preparation for our trip to Guatemala. It came to mind often as we walked the streets and saw the beautiful colored fabrics.

So beautiful! Our son was adopted from Guatemala and I love the images. We only saw a teeny bit of the country when we were there. I hope to take our children back there someday. I'd love to visit Costa Rica too! I found you on the FIAR boards, by the way. I like your blog and I'm sure I will be visiting often. We are about to start FIAR. I have a blog, but I haven't updated in a month b/c we've been moving, but feel free to stop by to say hi!
